Jennifer Coa is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Massachusetts dedicated to helping low-income families realize their dream of home ownership. Jennifer grew up in Lawrence, MA, as the third of four children. Raised by a single mother, Jennifer is all too familiar with the challenges low-income families face when trying to attain a piece of the American Dream. For over 15 years, Jennifer has helped low-income families navigate through the intricate process of leasing, purchasing and selling a home. She has worked with private owners and renters in managing the application process in order to ensure eligibility and suitability requirements are met and handled in accordance with Fair Housing laws. Jennifer also enjoys helping buyers and seller's prepare to purchase or sell their home and believes that educating her clients is the best way to ensure their future success in all real estate endeavors. As a nationally accredited Property Manager, Jennifer has successfully managed multiple affordable housing portfolios for well-known and respected property management companies such as First Realty Management, Lawrence Community Works, and SHP Management. She holds several national certifications through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA) and has over 13 years’ experience managing affordable housing communities with HUD, LIHTC, HOME and other low-income and private funding sources. The Union Crossing Phase I and Union Crossing Phase II received the coveted National Vanguard Award from the National Affordable Housing Management Association during Jennifer's tenure as property manager.
